First thing I would do is install four dehumidifiers. There will be a problem with emptying the collected water. The best is the direct draining system which would enable the water to flow outoff the premises and be emptied outside the building. Many times the collectors for the water are filled too fast and you have spills. Also, in this climate, you would have to check on your draining system fairly often, the mold can grow in the draining pipes and enclose it. There are inside recesses like spaces under the cabinets. Silica Gel can do very good job and will dry the remote spaces well. I already spoke to Anna and mentioned to her, that the best thing is to train somebody on the staff and give him responsibility to care for the Library. He, she would have to check every day when Mr. Epstein is not here and make sure everything works well. Silica Gel can be re-used many times by extracting absorbed water by baking it in the oven at 185 F. When is free of water ( Silica Gel ) is crystal clear, when absorbs the water changes to purple color and is very heavy. So it is easy to know and work with it. It would take a little time to check on the Library every day. This coming week, I am going ahead with finishing. I will do some small changes for better and I hope Mr. Epstein will like it. Again, like with any other project, I estimate the work and time of completion but this time will take me longer on the account that I have to sand all affected surfaces down about 1/32" and eliminate mold and purple color. I will keep reporting to you about the progress. Brandon EFTA00858527
