As I mentioned before, it was finished with liming-wax and with time, many parts became purple. I stipulated several reasons, one of them was the use of improper wax. > The wax reacted with white pigment and turned light looking surfaces into purple. The other factor was the mold and the fungi. I will use matt surfaces against shiny ones. rough surfaces against very smooth. I also intend to extend the design of the Turtle-shell decorations to unite or tie it together on the cabinet doors and secretary's lids. . Since the woodwork is so much darker on the base, I am not going to fight it. I will give a 6" strip of Turtle-shell decoration on the floor to make sharper contrast between the floor and the Oak woodwork. I will have much, much more work, but I hope will meet with an approval of Mr. Epstein. > I already have vision of final decoration in mind. It took me a little while, but from now on we will zoom for the final results. > Kindly, > Brandon EFTA00858706
