Yee' Subject: FW: Biosys Balances Hi Steve, Earlier in day I finally returned from Brazil. It seems that there was a progress since we exchanged last emails. Jeffery Epstein (a person that is one of the best negotiators and who knows David and Peter well) talked to them few times and exchanged a number of emails. It turns out that the same day (shortly after your email) that David informed you that a deal is off the table and came out with more requests, David/Peter talked to Jeffery. After that Peter reached out to him and they talked few times. My understanding is that Jeffrey reached again the previous deal with some modifications. The deal was a side car 10% plus me paying for a part of legal expenses (up to 250K — minus money on Biosys account). There was a small additional change — David's requests that if I exercise any payout of these deals through a fund, he needs to get paid at the same time. Of note, I am not talking Biosys URL or name. I am OK with this and want to move forward. Could you please draft that agreement that describes a deal as well as release and confidentiality clause? Jeffrey thinks that it is the best if you wrote the agreement and send it to me/him. He thinks that he can get them to sign this week. He insists that a time is critical — we need to send it to him asap and he claims that he will have it signed. I can connect you with Jeffrey directly if you want to talk to him.
