We went back and forth, and the bottom line is that Steve says the $100,000 amount of the Note is "non-negotiable" and he (again) threatened to close the restaurant if we don't do it. I pressed Howie that we should see some kind of uses for the money, so we can better understand why it •must' be $100,000, and Howie said it's "too late" for that and it doesn't matter, as they'll just return what they don't use. I told him that our ask is not unreasonable, and he said it's "too late" and reiterated the $100,000 is non-negotiable.
