Here's what I got from my conversation: 1. The 6.45mm rich noted this morn is 1.76mm Idb (to be paid); 1.255 apol and .261apo2 (to be paid) and an additional 3.2mm to be paid by apol which has been already been paid to narrows and narrows to Ldb which shld be returned to apol so apol can pay NYS. 2. Going thru back-up rich has found another 150k of taxes due. (He's gone thru 3 months and records are still not fully clear.) 3. He believes he'll find another 100k going to 6.7mm total (That's just a guestimate). 4. I'm going to ask rich to reformat this with schedules which we'll keeping adding to daily as we find things. 5. Forensic work on acct very difficult and possible we won't get 100% correct until october payment date. Rich. Believes we'll be better than 99%. From: Jeffrey E.
