The proposal is a complete turnkey solution and includes the following: • Removal and disposal of all old Lutron equipment. • Installation by licensed electrical contractor of a new Lutron Homeworks QS system into existing locations. • New wall control stations • Programing and testing of the new Homeworks QS system. • Proautomated project management The time line for the project would be 2-4 weeks to order material, minimum of 1 week lead time to set up electrical contractor, 1-2 weeks depending on site access to complete removal and installation of new equipment, depending on site access 1-2 weeks to complete system programing and testing.
