About a year ago we had a similar project for Barry — where we had to prepare a list of all family trusts/entities for which he was acting as Trustee, Manager, Officer or Director (this list disappeared with Julie—the woman in accounting who was let go). Since Heather has now created the chart for the delegations project, it is easy enough to tailor for Barry if we need to do that exercise again. I have been asked to serve as a director of one or more entities. Can you please advise Eileen and Ada what information I need to supply and what permissions I need to obtain in order to do this? Do I just fill out the normal outside interest form? Or is there a special vetting process due to the EFTA00861197 Black family affiliation. It will require 2-3 hours a month of work, on average, I think. I will likely be attending monthly management meetings and quarterly board meetings.
