It has been a windy road, but I think we will all be happy with the result. Some of the family / related shareholders were reluctant to take the down round while there were other potential investors circling. At the same time we already had a binding agreement with the largest shareholder. These natural deal tensions have been well mediated by the effective work of the management team. If the board vote goes well tomorrow we will sign a term sheet with the company shortly and then I will get updated term sheets to everyone as we move towards definitive documents. I never suggested or expected this to be easy, but once we get through this we will have the controlling position in a company with the world's best fixed wireless technology, a motivated team, and a clean cap table.
