Three went well and one did not. The one that did not was to a principal who just thought the floor plan of the house unsatisfactory. She wanted a bigger master and did not like that the bedrooms were disconnected. Of the three that went well, I think one (Sheckman) are real possibilities; the other two I did not sense were buyers at least of this house now. There is one prospect (Tanne) who has seen it already whose broker stays in touch saying he is very interested. Moens is ready to go for President's Weekend.
