I want to confirm that the 112 dozen or so intra family notes that compound annually should be amended to annual cash pay. I also want to confirm that you want the interest rates somewhat higher than the AFR safe harbor rates. 2. I plan to institute quarterly meetings between the Trustees and beneficiaries where they will be provided (by the trustees) a quarterly update on the trust assets. This will also be a forum for general discussion between trustees and beneficiaries. At some point we may also invite relevant guests for part of the meeting presenting on topics of interest or relevance. From my perspective Leon should obviously attend as well. Should there be an executive session between trustees and beneficiaries? (No me, no leon) 3. I want to push the internal team to do all relevant administration for art partnership and Nar. Anything going on why I shldnt push. (I know we may fund/contribute assets incrementally). 4. I plan to keep Elysium Ilc as owned and funded (overhead) by leon. Any issues?
