I reiterate, as I have already said under oath and publically, I have never had any physical or sexual contact of any kind, or at any time, with Jane Doe # 3 or any other under-aged person. Nor have I witnessed any sexual conduct of any kind, or at any time, with Jane Doe #3 or any under-aged person. Although Jane Doe #3 studiously avoids providing any times or dates for the activities that she alleges she engaged in with me, nonetheless, I am confident that I will be able to prove by documentary and other evidence that they could not have — and did not — occur. There are numerous other misstatements and mischaracterizations in today's submissions. I will address these in detail in our Reply submission.
