I have not been involved in the marketing or sale of the residence (Leon's sister Judy was handling and did not need my help) but yesterday Melanie sent over some draft title insurance company documents in connection with the sale. One of these documents references a contract sale price of $1,487,50000 (I have not seen the sale contract).
