If the lender wants to advance the $20K that the hotel intends to fund on April 9th, the hotel will pay the lender the $20K directly on April 9th. In addition to the advances that the hotel has and will make, it hasn't been paid the rent that is due under the lease. This has significantly impacted the hotel's cash flow. The hotel has no idea how efficiently the restaurant is being run. We have asked for a on several occasions and haven't received one. We should also get a projection of the through June.
