I am therefore left with no choice but to refer both the harassment and the unfair and untrue allegations to the press complaints commission with immediate effect To those who ask why I don't make a full statement of fact and give a no hold bared interview to the press Interviews and statements generate additional press columns and further a story that is based on a complex legal fight between US lawyers and the US government and not any individuals. These events took place over 10 years ago and have been adjudicated and dealt with by the law which resulted in jail time and civil penalties have all been resolved and long closed. The press complaints is the correct forum to hear my complaint and to decide what measures should be taken not individual papers or reporters seeking to create sensational headlines on decade old story to sell papers.
