Attached please find some images of similar work each one has done. GDU (Schjetnan), ENEA and WATG are very similar in their fees +I- 10% from the approved $140,000 for the conceptual stage. JUNGLES refused to provide a fixed number and proposed to work on an hourly basis. (500 usd/hr for principal and down from there). I don't like this fee structure because there could be unpleasant surprises... $$$ My recommendation is to go with WATG and with your green light, we will proceed to hire them immediately. Their proposed fee was 160,000 for the conceptual stage. Please let me know your comments. Regardless, we are continuing to work on the next deliverable and would like to request a meeting with you on March 23 to make the progress presentation according to our schedule.
