He was supposed to be let go last month with the first group and we decided to keep him for additional month. It has been bought to my attention that he is just not necessary to have around anymore and Tom is comfortable in releasing him. He has also been contributing to the issues we have had with K&S as he has been covering for them and making decisions in regards to them without going thru Tom or anyone else for that matter.
