the vision is romantic.. however the climate is not the peaceful tropical, that it first appears.. the wind is constant
and the sun is brutal„ because its an island the irrigation is by reverse osmosis„ so quite expensive.. i need land
sculpting. views places to relax, NO entertaining„ no more than ten people at any one time.. no parties, events
public access.. PRIVATE PRIVATE PRIVATE.. not a lot of loca talent so matinence needs to be simple. rocks.
hardscape, roads. natural elements.. NO sculpture garden. Dropoff point. or clubhouse. atvs are the mode of
transport, but i would like hiking trails, cart paths and truck roads.. like we did in new albany , a excercise type

I was able to book a fli ht to St. Thomas on 5/26/09 arriving at 1:45 pm on Delta, departing 5/28/09 at 4:00
pm. Also,
called and is sending the base information. I should receive it by tomorrow. After
review, I will call you. Be thinking about a "vision". Let me know if this schedule works for you.
