Of course we confirm our interest and motivation for this ambitious and very exciting project and still thank Mr Epstein for his trust in our firm. For a first stage of the project we focus as discussed the work on the Main residence on the GSJ island and we confirm the proposal already sent for the detail of the scope. If it will received an agreement we will start by Phase 1 which define the principle of the project and architectural part for the Main Residence. Would you please confirm and give to us the detail for the billing according with the mobilization fees. It concerns the GSJ Island master planning and the architectural design for the Main House and its immediate surroundings including the landscaping. We propose to proceed in two phases : the first stage concerns the studies and design as the moodboards in order to present the architectural and landscaping principles we have in mind, the second stage after the approval of the first one, the 3D renderings. In our fees we include the presentation of the Phase 1 we would like to make directly to the client in order to initiate a constructive dialogue and of course the required adjustments if any. Finally, for the reference of the Chateau de ('Horizon in South of France, we wish to acknowledge that we appreciate and are very sensitive to this architecture and its spirit, as well as some other projects of the architect Barry Dierks.
