Here is a summary: Main Residence: • We sent drafts of the stair from the main residence, past the kitchen, to the master bedroom and road to you and Gary last week. We wanted Gary to review, before it is final, to make sure we captured all of the comments correctly. The sketches are attached. • We will issue draft plans of the new living room and enclosed pool area by the end of day tomorrow. We are incorporating the changes we discussed with you over the phone. Flagpole Pool: • We are laying this pool out, based on the sketches we received. Tom is also working on some alternate layouts. We are also reviewing the images you sent over the week. We will send out some plan sketches by the end of the week. Spa and Guest Cottage: • We put these two buildings on hold as asked, to focus on the two areas above. We will pick back up on conceptual sketches for these areas after we send you the Main Residence and Flagpole pool. Since some of the team will be out for a bit around Christmas and New Year, but we will continue to send progress work back and forth, and have calls to discuss this with you. We were thinking our next work session on the Island would be mid-January, to review all areas (Main Residence Living Room/Pool/Terrace, Flagpole pool, Spa and Guest Cottage.
