To begin your transition to Bethune-Cookman University, you will need to get familiar with the Wildcat Web portal. Log in using the user id and password listed below. B-CU User ID: Password Through the Wildcat Web you will have access to your admissions, financial aid, and billing information as you move through the enrollment cycle. The New Student Tab will provide you with details to the steps below: 1. Step One - Complete the Admissions Process - submit your official proof of high school graduation 2. Step Two - Submit the Enrollment Fee 3. Step Three - Complete the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) Form 4. Step Four - Register for Orientation 5. Step Five - Complete the Residence Life Housing application 6. Step Six - Submit your Health Records to the Health Services office 7. Step Seven - Complete the Financial Aid Process 8. Step Eight - Complete payment for balances remaining after all your financial aid has been applied You must complete all the enrollment steps outlined above, by July 1st, 2018 for Fall (or by December 8th, 2017 for Spring), to ensure your seat for the Fall 2018 semester. Your place in the class as well as your on-campus housing will be reserved once your enrollment fee is submitted. Please note, if you have not completed full payment for the fall/spring direct costs (tuition and fees, room and board) by the above date you are no longer guaranteed neither admissions nor housing for the upcoming semester. Final enrollment is dependent upon receipt of official proof of high school graduation with a final cumulative grade point average of at least 2.25 on a 4.0 scale.
