On Saturday January 27th Nour and I were both working. I was in the restroom and Steve asked for me. He told Nour "When Katherine comes out the restroom please have her cover the desk and I need for you to do a tour for me." Nour told him but Katherine is here he said "Yes have her cover the desk and you do the tour." When I came out the restroom Steve came and told me to cover the desk because he was sending Nour on a tour. Erin happened to pass by and she over heard and said "I can do the tour no problem." He quickly grabbed Nour by her arm and pushed her towards Erin and said " I need for you to take Nour with you because I want her to have and learn that sales pitch for when I need her to do tours and show the hotel". Nour yesterday stated she felt very uncomfortable with the way Steve told her to be the one to do the tour, the way he grabbed and pushed her towards Erin to go do the tour. She felt like he was putting her in the spot and she felt very uncomfortable with the way he pushed her. I told her I would speak to you about it but she said she would mention it to Nicole as well because she does not feel comfortable around him. Thank you!
