From: Amy Dempsey To: "Jeffrey E." <[email protected]> Subject: Re: GSJ Dock Date: Tue, 30 Jan 2018 15:20:48 +0000 I sent you the email for Bateman, sorry. Did Erika tell you about yesterday, the guys were great and really wanted to cooperate and we were able to make some of their concerns just go completely away. They thought the stuff on the southern side of LSJ extended into the water (they actually thought you had put a boat ramp near the southeastern point in that grotto!). They had minor concerns about some material being pushed into LSJ large salt pond, I think most of what they are seeing is storm debris or where the storm pushed cobble up. They also raised issue about size of the LSJ dock. I think we settled that ages ago and both Erika and I are looking for paper work. We need to get them the shoreline survey that was done on LSJ and show that no changes have been made especially at the point and they said if we asked we could probably recover some of our riprap which has wash in to the water. On GSJ I am writing up a plan this morning for taking out the barge landings and that will go away. The other issue is they think we have impacted the wetland near the southern proposed dock with the road and I am going to pull the wetland delineation and assess what we are looking at, they may be wrong. And we are having them get us aerials form right before you purchased so we don't get in trouble for things you didn't have any hand in. Amy Claire Dempsey, M.A. President, Bioimpact, Inc. P.O. On another note, we need to put together a proposal to move Frenchman's Reefs Seawater Intake line and redo their docks Amy Claire Dempsey, M.A. President, Bioimpact, Inc. P.O. Box 132 Kingshill t.
