I called and emailed him every day from Tuesday thru today to ask when this would be finalized. It should be an easy process as this is our 3rd consecutive year renewing and all JPM needs to do is send United a SWIFT message. Each time I contacted Paul I asked if he told Jamie from United that renewal is in process and he said we are on plan. I see no reason why this cannot be finalized on Monday.
