Jean luc,
Frankly I am shocked to hear that Mr Ortega is making problems for us with Sabadell bank. He has told me in
the past that we are a great client since the line is secured. I really do not know where all this is coming from but
to quote Jaime "Mc2 is the client". This gentlemen has taken it upon himself to communicate directly with Rich
Kahn. I know he caught Rich at a bad moment over the phone and felt Rich was very rude to him. Jaime
proceeded to call me and go off about this incident sounding really flustered and in a tizzy and said he was going
to be very strict on the renewal period this year since there was a delay last year. As you know he has been
emailing and calling about needing confirmation by March 7th. I don't know if this gentlemen needs special
attention or what but we have been very matter of fact in this matter. Not sure why he is causing trouble over
what he claims is a no brainer loan that is secured. Sabadell has been making money for years on this. Never had
problems with his predecessor Suat Palpas. Let me know if you want me to talk to Jaime Monday or if we should
just try to bypass him. Seems dumb for the bank to lose a solid revenue stream.
Best,
Jeff
