The cascading stairs are gone and it opens up the whole center area. In order to keep the symmetry of the plan, the newly proposed stairs to the east are encroaching onto the road. I think you anticipated that as well based on your sketch. We will have to verify if this Is doable. The plaza at level +37 is a bit too large but it may work incorporating it to the road. EFTA00907237 We have also moved the Living Room as you had suggested slightly to the northeast. The spacing between the office and the Living Room is now 25', exactly the same distance between the bedroom and kitchen. I am on a business trip the rest of the week and returning Monday.
