Today at 10:30 am Paul and i reviewed the approved project blue prints showing the vast bedrock excavation that will take months to complete , the front & back building design, and the under ground pool complex that will be 26' feet below street level that will be constructed below the back yard which backs up to 9 East 71st street. He also stated he tried to do a piliminary construction inspection of 9 East 71st street and was refused access . To move on from the past he would like to have sound monitor and laser instruments put on 9 east to monitor sound and building movement during the chopping & drilling of the bedrock and also to have an independent company come in to do an inspection and take pictures of the rear of the property and inside back walls to check for any damage.
