Street Monitoring/Preconstruction Survey From: To: CC: ; [email protected]; Kavehethe Subject: 9 East 71st. Street Monitoring/Preconstruction Survey Date: Wed, 29 Jun 2011 13:56:58 -0700 Rich, Thanks for your visit this morning. We would like to proceed with and request permission to perform a Preconstruction survey and install monitoring systems at 9 East 71st St.. Please review the following. EFTA00913876 The survey will require, at the minimum, access to the interior along the north wall rooms/spaces at all levels and the rear areaway. The survey can be accomplished quickly, usually within an hour and a half, depending upon access. Our consultant, DINAN Associates, generally prefers to start about 9-10 in the morning. Give me an idea of what days are convenient to set a schedule. The monitoring is two part - Optical, where prisms are attached to the exterior of the building. Generally we set 3 levels of prisms at each corner. Lower prisms can be set using a ladder and the top from the roof. The middle prisms would need to be set from the interior at your building. -Vibration where we will set a recording station on the ground with no building attachment required. The station does require an uninterrupted power source. Data recorded by the monitor is retrieved weekly on Thursdays when we will need access for the download. We look forward to your reply and appreciate the spirit of cooperation. Regards, Paul J. Livigni Merrick Real Estate Group, Inc. P: F: C: EFTA00913877
