No matter what we discuss things don't get translated to them. Scott asked you weeks ago to take care of the money. As of today I'm told firm still hasn't received the roughly 105k owed through 5/31 nor the trust deposit of 250k requested. Payment has been so difficult it interferes with my ability to work on the case. I can't have others bill hours which don't get paid. You understand business. Our firm is also a business. We have to pay people. Today is June 30, I have spent almost no time these last few weeks on anything to do with the State court hearing. It is late for me to prepare and I would have to use a lot of my time to do it. And use others as well. Pay what you owe and I will prepare and handle the Federal hearing on 8/12. I'm not dropping what I'm doing to learn the state court stuff now without the prospect of getting paid for it. I have other matters where the clients are paying for me to work on their cases. Better just to part on this then to keep the run around going.
