Communications: The telco side of VIYA will not be in operation on St. Thomas for at least another 4 to 6 months. I am looking in to a VOiP System (using the intemet vs actual phone lines) that will integrate with the existing digital system to restore telephone service for LSJ . Internet over all -I am still waiting on the 3 vendors for quotes to replace LSJ WiFi grid. -Areas that don't have intemet due to fiber damage (ie Flagpole pool) will be set up with a wireless bridge to bring them back online. Cecile will assist me in putting pressure on some of the vendors to get things moving in a forward direction.
