All I can think is that because the iDisk is down an old letter was generated from my computer. She emailed me and I answered her within 6 minutes with the proper code. I called her , left messages and emailed her again and again. The doormen who know cell # did not call and even if tad called the office line I would have answered because I forward the office line taiga. In the end she is setteled and fine at the hotel but I am sick about it. I will check on her tomorrow.
