My contact said that Frenchman's Reef just laid off their staff on 12/31/17 as they were using them to do clean up on the property for the last few months. Now that they have moved into skilled construction, the staff was officially laid off. Those folks are just this week going into the Labor Department to register for benefits and to find other work. If we hire anyone, Labor would like credit which means I will have to go into the Labor website and retroactively list the hires.
