I chose you to represent me, under Max's suggestion that I should have my own legal representative. Later,
Noam and I decided that you should represent us both. Now we really need and would greatly appreciate if you
become the trustee of Noam's marital trusts, replacing Max, as you are aware of all that has transpired and
