If there was anything needed on the aircraft, it would already have been installed. Cabin entertainment is a personal prefernce and could be modified to taste It would be my best recommendation to operate the aircraft for a couple of months and see if there were any passenger improvements you could think of. i.e. High speed Internet is a popular addition, however many of the operators I have spoken to that have installed these systems are disappointed in the speed and performance. I know he is very interested in purchasing the Boeing, but it will be a hard sell, to get him to make a real offer. Since he has no flight crew for the Boeing, if Morrison or Dave would be included, it would help in my opinion. Morrison would offer similar service as maintenance tracking, but not greatly interested in flying in Qatar.
