I want to reiterate that it is not as if I expected this, but I wanted guidance once it was clear (from airplane booking for example) that I was coming earlier and that you had ok'd it.. and wanted to know what I needed to do.. I kept being led to believe that everything would be arranged and no one got back to me.. in fact until a few days ago no one has gotten back to me on the fact that the meeting is happening at all.. I have asked Cecile if she can make arrangements for transfer to hotel only because I simply don't have the slightest idea on how to get from st. thomas airport to there... again, had anyone responded over the weeks to my requests for info I, or my assistant, could have explored hotel and transport before I get on a plane in a few hours... I hope you understand.. As I said to her, I don't mind covering the cost of transport if necessary but I simply need to know what to do and how to proceed and I am literally on way to airport... On a more pleasant note.. Are you going to be available to spend time together on the 8th or 9th (or eve of the 7th?)
