She feels the opportunity is huge and is looking for someone to loan her $5 million at 8% to be repaid in 5 years. Alternatively, (not her preference but willing to discuss) taking on an equity partner in the deal. Do you know of anyone who might be interested in this type of deal? Also, I'm the president of the board of the Dunbar Center here in Hobe Sound, which is Martin County's only Early Head Start Program. The Republicans in Congress are pushing to do away with Head Start and funding cutbacks are really starting to take a toll on the program here.
