From: Richard Kahn To: "Jeffrey E." <[email protected]> Subject: LSJ Roof Tiles Date: Fri, 22 Jun 2018 20:52:20 +0000 Attachments: Okeechobee_Brochure-0418-wac.pdf if you look at email trail this goes back to when brice was in zorro and has not moved along since... i spoke with both Jay (JPK) and Jack today regarding Boral Roof tiles (see attached PDF) daphne and jack informed me that Jack sourced Plantation Smooth Tiles (see pages 17-20) in Boca White for Flagpole Poolhouse Plantation Smooth Boca white has been discontinued which both Jack and Jay confirmed Three Closet Options are as follows: 1) Plantation Smooth Ultra White - page 19 (sample that was sent to PBI house will be sent tonight to Paris for arrival on Monday) 2) Bermuda Smooth Ultra White - page 30 3) Bermuda Smooth Boca White - page 30 (sample that was sent to PBI house will be sent tonight to Paris for arrival on Monday) both Jack and Jay said 60-90 days to receive which i said makes no sense as brochure says they are in stock both Jack and Jay will call vendor monday to confirm more precise timing.. Jay Increase from 250,000 to 293,378 Jay explained that these roof tiles are more costly than galvanized steel additionally Jay will now add a 3/4 plywood base on top of existing 3/4 plywood base so that we will have 1.5 inches to glue and screw roof tiles to.. steps 1 - 3 can be performed before roof tiles arrive: Step 1 will be to strip galvanized roof Step 2 add 3/4 plywood base Step 3 add ice and watershield If roof tiles are really 60-90 days then Jay will begin July 23rd and finish no later than September 15th If roof tiles are 3-4 weeks to STT then Jay will begin July 9th and finish no later than August 31st please advise on color after you review samples thank you Richard Kahn HBRK Associates Inc. Boral purchased Entegra and they have discontinued the Boca White and only offer Ultra White with the Plantation Smooth but they now offer the Boca White with the Bermuda Smooth. Not much of a color difference but I want you to see it.
