We never saw the document when Noam declines to be the trustee and appoints Harry.
There is one document from 2015 that Max asked Noam to sign and notarize, in which Max stated that Noam
had resigned and had appointed Harry.
I think this is the only document they are using. I don't think that Noam has ever signed a document resigning to
be the trustee.
