Very respectfully, Jonathan Pempek" I have not provided any response, he is scheduling a number of site visits, apparently they have been reviewing the aerials flown since the hurricanes. Some of the sites are docks and structure with no permits at all. We could probably get away with just driving them around the islands on the boat. We could tell them you have guests. Section 10 would primarily be structures and 404 are issues that effect water quality. They have jurisdiction over marine structures anything off shore and wetlands. They could be concerned about some clearing around saltponds or changes to docks. I don't think you have anything to worry about on the docks they haven't changed. They may not necessarily be aware of all the issues with the GSJ dock and may just be noting its not permitted when this is an issue which pre-dates your ownership and is something we are working on. I did get an email yesterday late from the COE gentlemen who want to visit. Apparently they have some reports (pictures) of things they want to check out on both islands. We'll do best to walk them through everything. Its hard to make judgement calls off the aerials and probably most if not all of what they are looking at should not be a problem or something very minor.
