The mediation is scheduled for Friday at 9:30 am in my office. Attached is Super. Ct. Rule on Mediation. I emailed to Leslie the mediation agreement that you will have to sign at the mediation. After I sent the AMI documents, the mediator asked the attorneys to sign, so I am going to sign it and send it to Brit. However, as the party you are bound by its terms and the mediator may ask to you to sign the Agreement at the beginning of the mediation session. I like clients to review the mediation agreement in advance so that they do not have to read it at the mediation while everyone is sitting there and watching. Also, could someone please send me the dimensions of the Library? I want to put that information in my Ex Parte Mediation Summary (which I am working on now) so that the mediator can have an idea of the scale of the project. Denise Denise M.
