They were paid directly by you. They gave us a wiring plan and provided the wire/materials we needed to have our electrician install the wiring according to the plan. When we are in the final phase, they will provide the switches for us to install. They are also providing the materials & programming for the Lutron Radio RA System and motorized shades. They do not provide electrical wiring work. They have been to the site periodically to ensure that the wire installation work meets their expectation. You can clarify this with Homero Perez.
