Trades such as the electrician, plumber, millworker & tile installer have been subcontracted by us, and therefore paid directly by us. We do not provide invoices for vendors that are subcontracted and paid by us. All vendors that we are responsible for have been paid for the work they have completed. 318 technology (Lighting), Andy Nassar (AV) along with a few other invoices for tile, appliances, carpet, fireplace mantel and light fixtures were submitted and paid directly to her accountant. These items are outlined under the design contract, for which she is billed at the hourly rate. Because they were paid directly, by her she was given the trade price, if applicable and I did not receive a commission. I am not sure where the confusion lies in this situation. If you can tell me what the issue is, I will be more than happy to address it. Please let me know if you would like to talk tomorrow. Thank you. When we are in the final phase, they will provide the switches for us to install. They are also providing the materials & programming for the Lutron Radio RA System and motorized shades. They do not provide electrical wiring work. They have been to the site periodically to ensure that the wire installation work meets their expectation. You can clarify this with Homero Perez.
