Good Morning Rich
When ever I am approaching a contractor for a bid, i generally give a brief explanation outlining scope of work,
photos if need be, time frame if i have it etc.
Don King came to the ranch and viewed terraces. I explained that the present terrace material was going to be
replaced with a roof membrane.
At that time he expressed concerns that the roofer he had in mind would not be able to do the work. Don
contacted his roofer and explained the situation to the roofer.
After not hearing from Don, i called him and asked if his guy could come to the ranch anyway and view the job.
He advised we should get a general contractor due to the complexities of the job.
Don is 82 years old, his hearing has deteriorated, but his mind is still very sharp, hence why he came to the
Ranch.
If you wish to validate this, then call Mr King.
Attached is another bid, outlining present scope of work
thank you
Brice

I called Don tonight to see if he had anyone for the terraces
The one person he thought maybe able to do the job declined due to scope of work
I asked Don if they could call me so we could clarify scope
He will get back to me???
