Do you think its appropriate or do you know how to directly contact Englasias's office and indicate we want to make an offer? our offer must be presented to owner. Tommy Mortolla or somebody in the music industry that may know Enrique? Even Gary Anzalone from the Toy Store informed me, if we where to make an offer, be sure to include Inglasias's on the offer, this way, the Broker must/should present the contract to the owner. I'm not sure how to proceed without out damaging the deal?? Sean Told me Jack Puritt is not a bad guy, and has a pretty good reputation in the industry, but he likes $1M profit deals, I'm pretty sure Garret Burke, Pat Janas, and Jack Pruiitts office has told Inglasias his aircraft is not worth much money, so Jack could purchase for cheap and take in trade.. just to recap the people involved: -Garret Burke and Pat Janas are Global Jet Sales, listing brokers. -Pruitt and Assoc, is Jack Pruitt, who is partners with Global Jet Sales, and funds trade-ins for Garret and Pat Janas. -Chip Pickett is Jack Pruitts Pilot and close friend of Jack, I know Chip well, but don't trust him,.
