(2) R Trivers_09_14_12.RESP.doc this is Dean Falk's very hostile letter readmitting me to campus with annotations provided by me (note first page of doc is empty) but not sent to him; instead my lawyer sent a letter later based on it (below); note it is illegal to use earlier evidence that i was bi-polar against me (1996, 2000) if i am not manic now, nor have i been in 12 years (nor did i ever attack or threaten anyway even when crazy) (3) Trivers Oct 12 letter to Monica Barrett.pdf my lawyer's letter in response to their lawyer's letter; problem is their lawyer does not even respond at which my lawyer appears to fold her tent, i.e. does not respond herself--she threatens legal action but does nothing when granted neither a meeting with Barrett nor even the courtesy of a reply to put it mildly i need a lawyer at least half-way between this pleasant woman and an organism like Dersh i await your thoughts, with warmest best, as always robert we are just sending off a ms (supported by you) on running speed/endurance as a function of 2nd:4th digit ratio in Jamaica; we have another one in the works on self-deception and religiosity; nothing EFTA00950427 earth-shattering, just building up science one stone at a time; i will send you the papers EFTA00950428
