I am still not sure but you need to come to a conclusion 2-you must get an attorney and enter into a written agreement with him so that each understands what each party responsible for and how income is determined, allocated and paid. Difficult to determine compliance if each party has different interpretation. 3-You should move the business to your company and out of Bryan (Waggingtail). This should be part of agreement 4-your company should employ the individuals that work for you and you should employee the in house accounting help you will require 5-you need to get your credit card bills paid off due to the significant interest rate you are paying on outstanding balances. 6-need to budget personal spending so that your tax can come out of current income, not you savings. I know EFTA00950482 this is hard to do. I think you need to get into a room with Bryan and an attorney to hammer this out. It has not been successful with me calling him/Katia to let them know I think they are mistaken. I am sorry for not pushing you sooner to take care of these things. Finally I do apologize for not checking certain of the income/expense items to try to determine their correctness. For what it is worth I think Allison and Katia attempt to report things correctly based on my discussion with them. This should be checked though. I am sorry things did not work out.
