I am not sure what you mean by getting some help drafting. Alan likely has a flock of associates (like Jessica) that do his drafting for him so even if he is busy, that should not hold us up too much. I can also pitch in and help with drafting if he needs someone to tweak his forms. I would not suggest having one firm draft some documents and Paul Weiss draft others. I think you get much tighter coordination across the documents where they are drafted by one firm. I think it would also be less expensive (you don't have two firms cross-checking each other--but maybe you want that??). Family meeting sounds good--let's discuss agenda. Maybe we want to wait until some of the new planning is in place?
