The building was a total gut renovation in 1999 from a electrical supply warehouse to a so called town house, The house has a very industrial feel with very small interior spaces all the finishes are inferior quality work staying with the industrial look and also the bathrooms, kitchens & appliances and exterior windows are dated. The owners floor lay out is very functional but the interior needs a lot of decorative work , has not been painted for many years. It is a unique property in that area which many new luxury residential buildings have taken over. The structure is industrial sturdy with steel support beams & columns . I will format all the pictures i took of the property showing my findings in a report as soon as possible. After the inspection of this property i feel the owner is trying to make killing on the re sale of this property.
