If so, I will tell Rich and at the same time instruct the old Escrow Agent to send us back our $350,000 Deposit. We did not yet pull that deposit because I did not want to be in technical breach of Purchase Agreement. Once we wire to full amount to the new Escrow Agent, I will pull back the $350,000.
