As you know this kind of scaffold platform is very expensive to install in a finished residence as we have seen in the past , this cost for the dinning room $14.800.00 . York scaffold is the company that works in high end residences and is familiar with this type of installation and installs all over the upper east side. I was asked by Ion to get the scaffold by tomorrow morning so he can start the mural he is painting on the ceiling. I forwarded the proposal to Rich Kahn and he would like to bid this out to other scaffolding companies .He wants to see if this price is legit and said their is no urgency to get this work done. Please advise if you would like to wait for other scaffold companies that Rich Kahn will provide to look at this project to give additional proposals.
