The amount of material and labor is extensive also the proper protection needs to be installed due to this being a finished residence ,To do the bathroom ceiling we had to hoist the material into the bathroom with a crane on the street through the sitting room windows. To purchase the necessary scaffold material to make a flat floor structure for a artist to work above for the bathroom ceiling or dinning room and make it safe for them to work and to store some where would be an enormous undertaking .
